Three Points Of View  is led by Stephen Wilkinson as Principal Mediator.  Stephen has spent the last 30 years in the corporate world most recently as a Executive in the technology sector,  leading the Australian Professional Services business of large multi-national enterprise. Having gained years of lived experience in what can create dispute between clients, sales teams, delivery teams, staff members and executives - Stephen is excited to channel this to help people resolve conflicts and disputes that have arisen in their personal or professional lives.

Stephen has been fascinated with the human psychology whilst working with different stakeholders, to see different perspectives, different views, and finding pathways to work to resolution. There is always one point of view and another point of view, often however a third, more palatable view. Three Points of View. Or ThreePOV to the Insta generation.

Stephen holds the Australian Mediation and Dispute Resolution Accreditation Standards Certification - (AMDRAS - 2025 revision)

Stephen is  a member of the Australian Mediation Association and  a member of the Resolution Insititute

Stephen is also a Graduate Member of the Australian Institue of Company Directors (GAICD)
