2. How can I book a mediation session with Three Points of View in Brisbane or online?
You can book a mediation session easily via our online booking platform, choose a free consultation, a half-day, or a full-day mediation, either in-person in Brisbane, Sunshine and Gold Coasts, or virtually anywhere in Australia.
4. What is the process for family dispute resolution at Three Points of View?
We guide clients through an initial confidential pre-mediation intake call, and then a day or so later to the main half or full day mediation session, where we clarify issues, facilitate dialogue, and document outcomes. Our family dispute resolution mediation is child-inclusive and trauma-informed where appropriate.
6. Are mediation agreements from Three Points of View legally binding in Queensland?
While mediated agreements are not orders of the court, they can be made legally binding if parties choose to formalise them through consent orders or contracts.
8. Do I need a lawyer to participate in mediation at Three Points of View?
Lawyers are optional. You may choose to have a lawyer present or consult one before or after mediation, but our process is designed for direct client participation.
